my horn wont work on my and my air bag light stays on but i can hear my relay clicking

chances are your cruise control isnt working either?

sounds like a bad clockspring, it is located in the steering wheel.

be sure the battery has been removed overnight just to make sure that the vehicles airbag is COMPLETELY DISARMED.
