my horn wont work on my and my air bag light stays on but I can hear my relay clicking

Chances are your cruise control isnt working either?

Sounds like a bad clockspring, it is located in the steering wheel.

Be sure the battery has been removed overnight just to make sure that the vehicles airbag is COMPLETELY DISARMED.
