2000 Ford F250 Front and back door wiring

2000 Ford F250 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2000 F250 Super Duty 4 door with electric windows, locks and keyless entry. Both of the doors on the drivers side are damaged so I bought a back and front door off a 2003 model. Everything seemed ok until I came to the wiring`in the doors. The connectors are different and I noticed that my existing doors (2000 model) have extra wires compared to the new doors (2003 model). What do you subjest? Is There somewhere on the web I can find a wiring diagram for the 2003 doors?

Any help is much appreciated.
