1999 Ford F250 Take the key out Radio and Air still play an

I have a 1999 F250 with a 7.3 ltr. powerstroke, My overhead console went out, my electric locks are out of time and my radio and air blower continues when I kill the engine and take the key out. My battery drains in a couple of hours with both turned off. Replaced the GEM (generic engine)Module. Problem still remains, any ideas?

What happens if you pull the fuse under the hood for the ignition? Could be a bad switch, or DDM Driver door module...
