The power window on the driver side is stuck 1/2 way down. I recently replaced the switch and I can hear the relay in the fuse box click when I try to put the window up or down. I am reasonably sure it is the regulator but would like a more educated opinion before spending $200+ on the part. Also I am not sure how to gain access beyond removing the outer door panel.
