I have a F-250/5.4 that blowed a plug out of the spark plug hole, I rethreaded the hole put in a heli-core then when I went to change my plugs I had trouble starting the plug- I ended up driving the heli-core down through the hole and it fell on top of the piston. Is there any way to get the heli-core back out without pulling the head?

Other than getting lucky with a maget and needlenose pliers, I don't think so...of course you'll be able to get the head fixed right!
