Electrical problem
1999 Ford F250 V8 Automatic 141000 miles

My horn is not working and I have already changed the fuses for it. When I press on the horn it makes a clicking sound.
NEED HELP
My dad doesnt even know whats wrong and I would like to fix it for him and surprise him.
I'm not sure if its an electrical problem but I had gone threw some high water and since then it hasn't worked.

Most likely its the horn itself that failed. Try having someone press the horn button while you tap on the horn if it starts making any noise. You will need to get a horn for it.
