1997 Ford F250 head lights blink on and off

My head lights have started blinking on and off after being on for 10 minutes. I beleive the problem is in the head light switch? How difficult is it to change this switch? Is it a front of dash or a behind the dash reapair

The switch itself is behind the dash. Bad switches have been a real problem with Fords.The switch contacts heat up and start to arc. When you get the old switch out, you may see some burned terminals in the socket.
