1997 Ford F250 17" 7 hole wheels

Is it possible/affordable to replace the hubs on my truck so that I can have more options for wheels? The 7 hole lug is very limited in what wheels I can get for it.

It has the extre lugs because the truck is heavier duty(work) if you wanted to lighten it up, you would have to get a new rear end, new front axle...your choice on affordabilty, vs practicality..
