1996 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 98000. miles

my truck starts hard when cold it cranks and cranks until it slowly kicks off. it acts like it needs more throttle when cranking. thanks jim

Check the fuel pressure and test the engine coolant temperature sensor-
