1995 Ford F250 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hi and thanks for youre time i have a 95 f 250 xlt with 328.000 miles its a very dependable truck very low maintenance recently when i start it up and sitting at red lights it idles very high i have checked for exhaust leaks since i thought that may be the problem it just started this problem i know it cant be good thing .i do most of my own work not sure of where to go there are no error codes help please

Clean out the idle air control valve and also clean the MAF sensor with an approved cleaner and also test the throttle posittion sensor.
