When the key is turned to the on position, some times the pump comes on some times not. when not i can tap on the pcm power relay and the pump will come on. i swapped the relay with other relays from the same fuse box and purchased a new one and still the same problem. I pulled the inertia switch connector off and test voltage on the hot side (with key on) and it has six (6) volts (have new battery). while watching volt meter i tap on pcm power relay and the voltage jumps to 12 plus volts for just a second or two and then back to 6 volts. any help is greatly appreciated
