5.8 LITER WHEN ENGINE IS COLD RPMS FLUCTUATE DRAMATICALLY--ACTS LIKE A BAD VAACUM LEAK--IN 2-3 MINUTES IDLE IS NORMAL.
I ASSUME THIS IS EMMISIONS RELATED--WHERE DO I LOOK FIRST ?
