1992 Ford F250 starting

truck wont start. push the clutch in hit the key not even a tick. changed the selinoid on firewall 2wks ago was having same problem. ended up pulling wire off starter cleaned up a bit & away it went. this time not so lucky. time for new starter or what can i test it somehow?

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch and ignition switch
