the truck slides out of 2 high and wont drive in 4 high. It is also very difficult to get back into 2 high. It will drive in 4 low. Is there a recognised problem with this transfer case?

no know concerns just the fact it is 20 years old. there are shift syncros in them and after time off grinding them they wear down, you will need to get the case rebuilt or a used one .
