I have changed out the coil, the pickup coil, the control module and the engine control relay

Need to narrow down the search. Pull plug wire place next to block crank good 1/4 in blue spark?
Spray some carb cleaner in throttle body what happened?

Check that you are getting spark at the plugs. Then check your timing.

Sounds like you're missing spark-Do you have power to the coil?

Check the computer for code/s if any comeback with it this is where we start.
