I have replaced all of the coponets that deal with this i put in new dist. with pick up, new module, new map, new eca, and after all that it still doing the same thing but seem to be getting worse i checked grounds at eca they all are good new ignition switch but the pip signal still is lost

Check the eec relay. This relay is mounted under the dash next to the ecm (on bronco), not sure if in the same spot on the f-150's. This relay is also powered from a fusible link. The eec relay, and fusible link can go bad after time and cause a crank no start condition with no power to the fuel pumps, injectors, ign. module etc. See if there is any corrosion in the socket.
ON A 4.9L. IN THE WIRING HARNESS THERE IS TWO WIRES (WHITE WITH A BLUE TRACER) JUST ABOVE THE OIL PRESSURE SENDER THAT TURNED GREEN AND BROKE. THIS IS THE WIRE THAT POWERS UP THE COIL FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH.
