1988 Ford F-250 acts like out of gas

Runs fine sometimes but others it seems starved for gas. Has new tank, both pumps are new and filter. Running codes show lean condition and coolantand air temp sensors out of range. Both ohmed ok and 4.7 volts at plug.

Try cleaning out the throttle body with cleaner with out it running. Then start and let the truck run a couple of minutes after you clean any carbon that has built up. The truck will run rough at first until the cleaner has burnt up.
