1986 Ford F250 Truck won't startup

My 86 Ford Lariat will not startup (no cranking), also the dash lights do not lightup. I ve replaced the batterry, battery cables, the Relay, Ignition starter switch, and clutch/starter interlock switch. When I attempt to startup, nothing happens.

Check and test all the fusible links and ignition switch
