Engine Mechanical problem
1986 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

was driving the truck and it came to a stop no warning. It sounded like it was flooded. i let it sit for a few min but it was not letting gas to the motor. my husband thought it was the gas pump but since it has two tanks we were told that it could be that the gas tank locked, and that it might have to be reset but how does he reset the tanks? where is the reset button on this truck so he can try that before he buys a gas pump

The inertia switch is located below the heater duct on the right hand side. https://www.2carpros.com/kpages/auto_repair_manuals_alldata.htm
