Electrical problem
1984 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced the alternator, battery, and voltage regulator on the truck. Yet when it is running it only pushes 12.5 volts. Is there anything else it could be if so please let me know. One mechanic said it could be the ignition control switch in the steering column, is this possible.Thank you for your time. Robert

The condition of the cables might be the problem, a voltage drop test on the cables is needed, check battery voltage across the battery, then along the ends of the cables, especially the negative at the block end, remove and clean the end and the block.
Also any small ground wires that run off the cable to the body.
