Engine Performance problem

My truck has a new motor only 10 mo. old. It runs great. But when i put a heavy load on it, such as my camper or boat. It coughs and gags and lerches down the road. I have to pump the gas pedal furiously,just to keep it running.Take the load off the truck and it runs great
