I have a 79 f-250. I'm have problems with the front right brake locking up. I've changed the caliper and the rubber hose going to the steel line. Both front brakes are only a couple months old. This problem is only a couple weeks old. I'm still having the problem with just my front right brake locking up. Could this be my proportioning valve?

That would be my best guess, or the left front might not be working at all, most likely it is your prop valve. Try bleeding the brakes to flush all the old fluid out.
