i have a 1963 ford f250 when i turn the key the starter just spins it does not inject to turn the engine over and i changed the battery cleaned every ground and all connections new cellinoid and it still just spins i took the starter off hooked it up to a jump box and it works it spins but does not push out before i buy a whole new starter and wast my money does any one have another answer.

Hi,From What You Are saying ,Sounds like The Starter Drive Is Bad. When You Take The Starter out,Look At the Flywheel For missing Teeth Also.
