Yikes! That's a loaded question. What do you want in your motor? All 302 short blocks are essentially the same. You can pick anything from 1969 to 2000. The 1986 302 made the most power at 225hp.

If you want an exact match, the choose a motor from 1987 to 1992. Those all run the EEC-IV speed density fuel injection system (your truck), and are already drilled for the knock sensor. Which your truck has.

The years 1993 to 1995 run a roller camshaft (and the EEC-IV system), which to be honest is a much better cam and it makes a previously so-so motor a bit more peppy. Years 1996 and beyond run the roller cam, but they have the EEC-V mass air system which is different than what you have.

I just replaced a 302 in a 1991 f-150, the owner chose a 1994 302 to replace it because it had the roller cam. Except for the cam, everything else was identical. Plug and play. Hope this helps.
