Oil back pressure into the Air filter

F150 1990 5.0 efi 386k miles, 2WD Reg. Cab. I am getting oil backing up from the valve cover plastic vacuum hose into my Air Filter. Any suggestions on what can be causing this. I was thinking oil pump any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Take the filler cap off and inspect it. Any whitish foamy stuff? If yes change the PCV. With the cap off start the truck, any blue smoke there, and lastly do a pressure test if need be.
