Ford F150 EGR Valve

I have a 2002 Ford F150 2WDR V8 4.6 EFI. After running a diagnostic test I was told I need to replace the EGR valve. I had trouble removing one of the bolts. Can someone gove me some good instructions on replacing this part?

First, what was the code? P0401? Get back to me...
If you really need to replace it there are 2 bolts and a flex tube on the back of it. That tube runs to the exhaust and must be removed first!
