Well first I would like you to clean the MAF sensor with some qd contact cleaner. Next you should check the EGR and make sure it is not plugged open with carbon. Next check the PCV valve, when shooken it should rattle, if not replace it. Also check the rubber boot and the hose for cracks and cuts.
If those are all good then you should definetley clean the throttle body and replace the IAC
