Engine will start but not idle

I have a 97 ford f150 4x4 4.6l 5 speed 98000miles. It starts but will only stay on if my foot is on the gas. My check engine light is on and when I ran the codes it said it was running lean. I've changed the 02 sensors, cleaned the fuel injectors and replaced the gas cap. And now this. I am wondering if it may be the IAC or the mass air flow sensor, but I dont know which one is more likely. Please help.

Well first I would like you to clean the MAF sensor with some qd contact cleaner. Next you should check the EGR and make sure it is not plugged open with carbon. Next check the PCV valve, when shooken it should rattle, if not replace it. Also check the rubber boot and the hose for cracks and cuts.

If those are all good then you should definetley clean the throttle body and replace the IAC
