I just purchased a new F150 STX shortbed and it vibrates at 65mph and above. The passenger seat visibly shakes back and forth. I have had it in for service 3 times and the tires have been balanced twice. The service rep now says " vehicle operating normally compared to like vehicles.

I have to say, I would be a little upset. They should not vibrate at all. If I had to guess, I would say you have a bad tire. It could have a shifted belt, even a (new) bent rim.

Have they checked these things?
