2007 Ford F150 rough idle

Engine has slight rough idle, sometimes more noticeable and sometimes not so noticeable. I can feel tihs when my leg is touching door and steering wheel.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you had it tuned up reciently with a fuel filter?
