I charged it 2 wks ago, used about a lb. Of r134 showing good pressure for the outdoor temp here (was 60 degrees and had 25 lbs. Of pressure). This is with the system running.

THat sounds good. Something tells me that the problem isn't the AC. When temps reach 75+ and it stopps working, does the compressor continue to cycle or does it just stop all together?
