2007 Ford F150 head gasket leak

my head gasket is leaking oil to the out side of the block i am getting this fixed in two days it is a very small leak but could this have hurt anything in my motor

Since I believe you are under the Ford warrantee period, after the head is removed any problems will show up at that time, but I doubt it...
