2006 Ford F150 Tune Up

Was wondering when I should do my first tune up. I've noticed that my mpg is down about 1.5mpg since it was new. Other then that it's running really smoothly. Thank you very much. Jeff

that many miles and no tune up. it sure is in need of a new oil filter. tire pressure check. plugs and wire replacement.
