2006 Ford F150 missfier on ciylinder 6

i have a 2006 ford thats i have just changed all of my sparckplugs and one ciol pack and it has been telling me that itis missfireing in the 6th cilyinder. its geting plenty of spark but when u go dawn the road it hichs when it worms up. what cuold that be.

Check the compression and injector for no.6 cylinder.
