2006 Ford F150 Engine runs rough

When in drive and in motion (accelerating or coasting) my engine is running rough, when I brake the RPMs drop to about 600 and the roughness is even more apparent. It runs completely smooth in reverse or when idling (completely stopped in drive or in park. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

Oxygen sensors.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor
