My truck is starting to shakes a little , but only when I'm in park or idling. It does well while I'm driving on the road. Thanks,

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? When was the last tune up?

Let me know.

I have never done a tune-up. Only the basics like the oil changes and replacing the oil and air filter. I have yet to replace the spark plugs and wires.

Actually, the mileage is low for the vehicle and a tune up, but I think it may be a good idea as well as checking for vacuum leaks.

How about the fuel filter? Could that be the source of the problem and perhaps adding some sort of additive to clean the fuel injectors?

It could be part of the problem. You may want to check fuel pump pressure to see if it is low. Here is a how to:

Let me know what you find.
