When I reach a certain speed (about 65-70), my steering wheels wobbles and vibrates very hard until I slow down. and when I am on a bad road, it wobbles and vibrates ALOT worse.....Is that wheeel balancing and rotation? or something more serious?

Atually, it could be balance. If you feel it in the steering, it is coming from the front. If you feel it more in the seat and floor, it is from the rear. If you only feel it in the steering, rotate the tires and see if it changes. If it doesn't, then we will need to check steering components. Are there any noises associated with the problem?
