2005 Ford F150 power windows and door locks

my power windows don't work and my door locks don't work from the inside but they work with the remote. Also when i start the vehicle the radio comes on automatically and the instrument panel takes a few seconds to engage. If I turn the radio on ,when I power the vehicle down the radio will stay on .

does the information center in the insurment cluster work correctly? (mileage, ext temp, direction of travel)?
