2005 Ford F150 injector failure

I recently replaced a 5.4 engine in a 2005 ford f-150 with a remaned unit. after install i am now getting injector failure codes on cyl. 2,3,4 and lean on bank 2. also getting code for cam pos sensor failure. could this have been caused by the engine failure.

Hi:
If the cam sensor isn't working properly, the injectors may not fire correctly. Have the cam sensor checked.
