I am replacing the gear lube in my back axle with synthetic

I am replacing the gear lube in my back axle with synthetic. How much lube do I need to buy to do it?

It is based on the size of the differential. If it is a 8.8 or 9.75" it takes 5.50 PTS. If it is the 10.25" it takes 6.50 PTS.

Both use SAE75W - 140 Synthetic Rear Differential Oil.
