2005 Ford F150 engine light on after changing fuel filter

I have an 05 F150 supercrew with a 5.4 Triton. I just changed my fuel filter and now the check engine light is on.

could be due to the missing that may have happened when restarting it with low fuel pressure untill it built up again. or somethign else.
