can the message center back lighting and the radio button lighting be replaced and how

Ok no bulbs for the radio that I can find and no lights for the message center either. Now the message center is a green vacuum fluorescent fixed format display that is controled buy the message center switches. So the message center we can test to see what it wrong with that if you have a digital multi meter and test light and don't mind doing some testing. Get back to me and we will go from there.
