code says unable to bleed vacumm from gas tank.when i open gas tank it has a hissing sound

There is a one way vent that allows air to enter the tank while fuel is pumped to the engine. check to make sure it isn't plugged or damaged.

Check on the rear of the tank. It should come from the sending unit area.
