2005 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to replace the front pads on my F150. The person at the parts store said you also need to replace the spindle nut. Do you have a assembly diagraphm and what is the torque setting for the spindle nut.

Only if rotor is replaced do you need new nut if just pads no need
