2005 Ford F-150 fuse problem

My electric mirrors suddenly quit working as well as my foot pedal adjustment and my drivers seat adjuster. Maybe not all at the same time. Worked fine for years. No recent damage. Fuses look unbroken. Any ideas?

Remove the fuse and check for continunity. It may look good but be bad.
