2004 Ford F-150 truck shakes

My f150 has started to shake when I apply the brakes with any force. I have replaced the front rotors and pads thinking that was the proplem. This did not solve the proplem. What should I do next?

This may be coming from the rears. I have senn both fronts and rear go bad and give a pulsation. "Typically" you are more likley to feel it in the steering wheel when it is the fronts.
