2004 Ford F150 STEERING PROBLEMS

My Ford F150 is having problems with the steering wheel jerking back and forth when I drive anywhere from 10-60 mph. It also pulls really bad to the right. I just ha dit alligned 2 months ago, but fear it is something worse. Any idea where to start?

Go back to that alignment shop, A possibilty exists something loosened up and moved!
