The passenger side, both rear side windows, and the rear power sliding windows do not work when using the passenger door's power window controls. Also, for over a year now the power rear sliding window has been working intermitently (mostly not working).

I know there is a circuit breaker that controls these windows but is it reasonable to believe that all the other power window controls are failing except for the controls on the driver's door if the breaker was on the fritz? Has anyone diagnosed this problem successfully?

Just for kicks I spent the $17 for a new circuit breaker but that did not correct the problem. The problem must be in a ground or power wire splitting off from the drivers door switch such as the passenger override switch. I'll disassemble the door panel and check it out.

I too have had window problems with my 05 F150 Supercrew. If your front driverside and/or passenger power windows do not work sometimes or you notice hesitation it's most likely the masterswitch button cluster on your driverside door that has gone bad. I just replaced my masterswitch and it so far cured the problem. $63 at my local Ford dealership. The parts guy said he sells these switches all the time for the same problem. I replaced it myself in about 5 min. All you need is a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the top armrest from the clips to gain access to the switch and wiring.

My rear sliding power window does not work, I'm curious to know if it too is just the button/switch gone bad. Anyone know?

The problem I found on my 04 F150 was that the contacts on the switches had arked and left a chared mark. I cleaned the mark by using a piece of emery cloth and that fixed the problem with windows. However same mark was on power sliding window switch which I cleaned and when I tried to open it arked and put same marking on contacts of switch, so I am still fighting my rear window not working.
