2004 Ford F150 gas pedal is not releasing fuel to the engin

My truck was running fine. Yesterday batery died. I disconnected and replaced with new batery from NAPA. Started truck fine. When I tried to push gas pedal fuel did not go to the fuel injector. So I do not know what it could be? Is it electrical or mechanical?
Please help.

When you hit the gas. you are opening the throttle plate. A sensor determines how much fuel the injectors get. Therefore, I need you to check to make sure the fuel pressure is good. Here is a how to for checking:
