2004 Ford F150 Engine oil temp code

My truck is reading an engine oil temp sensor code. I cleared it and it comes right back. Where is this sensor located and how do I fix it. The garage i went to could find no information and according to there computer this code does not exist.

It is right above the starter at the back of the engine on the right or passanger side.
