When I am coming to a stop (like at a stop light) and then when I am leaving the stop light it sounds like my rear drivers side brake is moaning (my wife said it saounds like a cow "mooing"). What could this be?

Make sure the caliper isn't sticking and the park brake (behind and part of the rotor) is properly adjusted.
